Peppol is a secure international network that allows businesses and administrations to exchange structured electronic invoices, directly from system to system. It works like a standardized digital mailbox: the invoice goes from your software to your client's, without re-entry or email. It is the standard adopted in Europe, including Belgium and France.

Yes. In Belgium, structured electronic invoicing between businesses (B2B) becomes mandatory starting from January 1, 2026, via the Peppol network. Invoices to public administrations (B2G) are already electronic. Coherence Solution supports you to be compliant on time, with a Peppol solution integrated into Odoo.

In France, the reform is being rolled out gradually: the receipt of electronic invoices becomes mandatory for all businesses and the issuance for large companies and mid-sized enterprises starting from September 2026, then the issuance for the SMEs and VSEs in September 2027 (schedule subject to change). Peppol is part of the compatible standards.

A PDF is a human-readable image but not automatically usable by software. A legal e-invoice is a structured file (standardized data) that accounting systems read and process automatically. Therefore, sending a PDF by email is not enough to be compliant.

Power BI (Microsoft) is modern, accessible, and ideal for interactive dashboards and self-service analysis. SAP BusinessObjects is widespread in large organizations for reporting on SAP systems. The right choice depends on your existing setup and your goals. We provide training and support for both.

Power BI Desktop is free for creating reports. To share and collaborate in Power BI Service, a paid license (for example, Power BI Pro) is generally required. We help you choose the right plan and train your teams.

The price depends on the type of site. At Coherence Solution: a showcase site (Essential) starts at 890 € for a one-time payment or 39 €/month all included; a complete professional site at 1,900 € or 79 €/month; a custom / e-commerce site starting from 3,900 € or 149 €/month. A one-time payment makes you the owner of the site and is suitable if you prefer to invest all at once. The monthly subscription smooths out the cost and includes hosting, maintenance, security, and updates: ideal for starting without a large budget and keeping a site always up to date. We offer both.

Generally, 1 to 2 weeks for a showcase site, 3 to 5 weeks for a complete professional site, and more for a custom or e-commerce site. The timeline mainly depends on how quickly you provide your content.
